Crisix está de celebración, y no es para menos. Tras fichar recientemente por Listenable Records, sello de grupos como Gojira o Soilwork, hoy anuncian la fecha de lanzamiento de From Blue to Black, que será el próximo 18 de marzo. Los de Igualada, a la espera del lanzamiento de su álbum, ya preparan un tour por Latinoamérica que comprenderá los meses de febrero y marzo.

From Blue to Black refleja toda la energía y el trabajo de los catalanes, que tratan de actualizar e intensificar el thrash con su Ultra Thrash Metal. En este álbum se reúnen brutales y formidables riffs melódicos, arreglos virtuosos y acertados cambios de tempo, que añadidos a los estribillos pegadizos, resultan en una mezcla salvaje. El quinteto catalán ya denomina a este álbum como «el mejor disco» de su carrera: «Realmente nos tomamos nuestro tiempo para componer este álbum porque queríamos que todo fuese perfecto. Fichar a nivel internacional con Listenable Records es la guinda del pastel y una prueba de que nuestros pasos van en la dirección correcta».
Tras ganar varios concursos de metal (incluyendo la Wacken Metal Battle) y tras ser considerada la Mejor Banda Revelación por Rockzone, Crisix pone el broche a estos buenos momentos fichando por un sello internacional. Pero esto no es todo. Además del Latin American Tour, que comenzará en las próximas semanas, los catalanes anunciarán en breve las fechas para su tour europeo. En España también se podrá disfrutar de ellos. Una de las próximas citas será en el festival Viña Rock 2016.
From Blue to Black, que saldrá el día 18 de marzo, fue grabado en los AX Studios (ES), mezclado por Oscar AX, y masterizado por el genio sueco Jens Bogren en los Fascination Street Studios (Arch Enemy, Kreator, At The Gates, Opeth).

Listenable Records is chuffed to announce the signing of CRISIX and the release date for their album From Blue to Black! it will be released march,18 2016.

While we are fully convinced CRISIX didn’t form because of the emergence of glam metal bands in Barcelona, the band has been spending an incredible amount of energy to spread their music worldwide. Popular for their incendiary live shows, they won several ‘Metal battle’ contest (Wacken festival), were hailed as the ultimate best Spanish upcoming band by national magazine Rock Zone. By all accounts, CRISIX is a very hard working band.
Such energy appears obvious when listening to CRISIX new album entitled From Blue to Black, always showcasing brutally formidable melodic riffs, skilled arrangements pushed at full speed with intricate tempo changes, that added to hooky choruses resulting in an incredibly catchy savagery. CRISIX are not rehashing the old glories of thrash metal, they enhance it, spice it up and intensify it in a very convincing manner.
Their new album From Blue to Black is scheduled for a end of March 2016 release . It was recorded over a three month period in AX Studios (ES), mixed by Oscar AX, and mastered by Swedish metal genius Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios (Arch Enemy, Kreator, At The Gates, Opeth).
CRISIX will intensively tour Europe for the release and some shows are already planned in South America too.
